Journey of Transparency

Will I hurt my partner if I tell them how I really feel? Should I be honest about my past? These are questions that individuals struggle with internally when the relationship is moving towards a commitment or in some cases, already married. Time after time, I have set with couples that have a history of hurt and pain and have no idea why their marriage is not approaching the threshold of healing. 

Being transparent is hard and emotional but is very possible and very freeing. Couples can experience a higher level of closeness and happiness when they they start this journey together.
